REGISTRATION FEE

There is no registration fee for ECMatAC delegates (only one person per member institution!), lecturers and tutors. Their costs will be covered by ECMatAC. However, ECMatAC delegates MUST be approved by the host institution and indicate this fact in the registration form below.

The fee for regular participants is PLN 2300 (approx. EUR 500), including 23% VAT.

The registration fee includes:

• participation in lectures and tutorials,
• accommodation in single rooms in a dormitory,
• lunches, dinners and coffee breaks,
• welcome reception and workshop dinner,
• participant's package,
• sightseeing in the Old Town,
• free wifi connection.

The registration fee does not include:

• travel costs,
• health insurance,
• public transportation,
• individual sightseeing.

PAYMENT DETAILS

The fee must be paid by bank transfer after registration and no later than July 16, 2023 to the account below.
Note: It is the responsibility of the paying party to cover the wire transfer fees.
